The Lauderdale isles yacht club continues to meet as a “mobile club”, for members this means dues are much cheaper until we secure a permanent facility. In the meantime, we continue to hold at least one social event each month as well as one boating event such as a raft-off, beach day, etc. See the calendar for the next event and details. In June, the club will be arranging a group trip to the island of Bimini, similar to the trip we held two years ago. Folks with larger boats are welcome to make the trip by boat, others could opt to take a ferry or fly to the island. during the trip, events will be organized at several locations on the island. Dear Members, The Lauderdale Isles Yacht club is now a mobile club until we can make permanent arrangements. The facility we all know is under new ownership and is being leased to a second party. The club as a separate nonprofit entity will operate as a mobile club until we are able to secure a permanent home.
